"This property was a perfect location for the two of us. We loved fishing and sitting on the property's private dock in the early morning and evening. We walked (10 Min.) to the beach. The property was CLEAN and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was quick and helpful. Easy check in!! Nice, quiet neighborhood. We hope to return again."

This beautiful, luxurious ocean front condo is located at Southern Shore Villas. The Sea Pearl is over 1,300 sq feet with an ocean front master suite featuring a king size bed, a designated work space, and private bath. Enjoy views of the ocean from the front porch or unwind and relax by the community pool.
We had such a wonderful stay at The Sea Pearl. There is such a difference between a family owned and maintained vacation rental compared to one with a Property Manager. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket filled with snacks and fun goodies, along with a personalized note. The place was spotless and everything was in working order! The views of the ocean and sunset were breathtaking. Stephanie was so accommodating to us after we left on our last day. We had to go back an pick up an item we forgot to back and she answered her phone on the first try and allowed us in after our 10:00 checkout. Such a great experience, thanks Stephanie!!
